Material Estimation & Take-Off

  • The # 1 Concrete Foundation

    This is our offering for rebar, corner bars, mesh, vaper barrier, chairs, and other items commonly found in foundation plans (does NOT include the bags of concrete - that is usually covered by trades)

  • The # 2 Dry-In Framing

    The most common order we get which consists of everything required to keep the house basically "Dry Inside". Sheathing, Studs, Beams, Headers, etc. (We include siding as well at no extra charge)

  • The # 3 Interior Trim (Basic)

    Batten insulation, drywall, & base trim for the whole house (includes areas for the floor/ceiling systems, walls, and ceiling/roof systems)

  • The # 4 Interior Trim (Advanced)

    Everything in the Basic Package + Doors, windows, door/window casing, crown molding, closet/pantry/storage rods/shelving/cleats/brackets, window stool/sill, etc.

  • The # 5 Fixtures (Electrical)

    Switches, outlets, fans, TV’s, lights, etc. (does NOT include wiring - that is usually covered by trades)

  • The # 6 Fixtures (Plumbing)

    Sinks, tubs, faucets (does NOT include piping - that is usually covered by trades)
