Frequently asked questions:

Project & Construction Management

Which of the 6 Categories am I really?

The Noah:

You just had the weather ransack your job, or maybe the project had an unexpected turn and needs to be turned around, or perhaps your project may be facing some out of the ordinary hurtles and needs next level management.

The Abraham:

This one is geared to provide consultation as much or as little as you need through your project. Sometimes all it takes is a guiding hand to remind us of the promises that lay ahead.

The David:

This is the preferred choice of modular homes, standard sized homes, and other small to medium custom builds. Sorry, no palaces of cedar or temples for this one y’all!

The Solomon:

This is the preferred choice of larger homes and larger custom builds. So if want some 5,000 SqFt and larger palaces… er homes built, we are happy to oblige!

The Daniel:

This is the preferred choice for developers who need PM/CM work at a much larger scale for their neighborhoods/developments. We combine stewardship, attention to detail, and sustainable approaches to compliment your plans. Developers who plan on building 90’ tall golden statutes of themselves in the development are encouraged to avoid this option.

The Nehemiah:

This one ONLY applies to modular homes. If all you need us to do is build your wall… er shell, because you plan on doing the rest; we are happy to oblige!

What If’s:

How does using one of your PM’s / CM’s work?

This basically happens the same way you would contract out any work such as electrical. The contract is with the company and the teams work to see your vision come to pass.

What are your current PM’s / CM’s fields of experience?

Residential: We are experienced with modular homes, track homes, renovations, remodels, and custom homes (small - large).

Commercial: We are experienced with small projects such as store construction, store remodel, store upgrades and small office settings. This also includes the asphalt/concrete work, driveways, parking lots, and utilities. We would love to grow our experience and take on other small, medium, large, and heavy civil projects as well.

How does the PM’s / CM’s work with the other services you offer?

Ah! Excellent question. This is a case by case basis solution setup which maximizes our ability to address your needs. If for example all you need is plans and some advice, we do not approach that with the same mentality as to those who need the plans, designs, estimates, oversight, and turnkey solutions. This is to keep it fair to you and not overwhelm anyone with our excitement at starting a new project.

What all does the PM’s / CM’s work entail?

Typically the primary difference in a construction superintendent versus a project manager is that construction superintendents work on construction sites alongside their construction workers, while project managers typically oversee the administrative aspects of a project and work. We harmonize these roles regularly acting in a hybrid position. This is due to many of our projects not having a Super. on site and because we enjoy learning all we can about the construction world. Which route we take is handled case by case to maximize our efficiency and keep it simple.

How does the PM’s / CM’s work react to mistakes on our end?

No one is perfect. We understand that and will work with you as much as we are professionally able. Our mantra is “ Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men” Colossians 3:23
