Planning, Design, & Sustainability
Which of the 5 Categories am I really?
The “IDK”:
You have a vision in your head, but no plan to work with, no designs to guide you, and the only “ability” words you’re looking at, are “availability” and “viability” lol.
The Stick Figure:
While doing life, you had a moment to spit ball ideas and put them in a word doc, maybe drew something on a napkin, or maybe have some Pinterest pictures to share with us to show us your vision. No plans, maybe a few design ideas, and a lot of hope in your eyes.
The DIY:
You’ve done or built something before, but you’re looking for a little more detail for you next project. Most folks have a floor plan here, or a rough/partial plan that they found on the internet and want it redesigned to fit their needs. Sustainability seems cool but may not be your focus right now.
The Get’er Done:
Often this is the preferred choice of builders, framers, modular home lovers, and custom home cliental. You’ve got a clear picture of what you want, have some plans, and have the design ideas. You just need them melded together and prepared for cost estimates so they can then be given over to the build team *shameless plug, we do that too ;)* Picture of a partially complete set of plans.
The Prograde:
This one is a bit different as our clients come from all sorts of starting points. In some cases, maybe you have EVERYTHING, but you just wanted to check to see if there was a next level up option, or perhaps you’re building in area that will be off grid and wish to consider how sustainable the designs are, or maybe you plan on being in an area that mother nature likes to visit and wish to have your plan/design incorporate resiliency and sustainability. What If’s:
What if I just need an engineer stamp or maybe just need the interior design?
We humbly recommend seeking a firm directly for these. If you wish to use one of our trusted partners, then we will work w/you on partnering w/you on this.
What if I just need an interior design?
Not at all a worry! You need PlaDS#1, and just simply request in the contact sheet that you need the Interior Design. A Floor Plan is required for this. We would also appreciate either pictures, Pin’s, or other diorama to help us capture your vision on paper.
What if I just need a cabinet design?
Ah! Excellent question. You need PlaDS#1, and just simply request in the contact sheet that you need the Cabinet Design. A Floor Plan is required for this. We would also appreciate either pictures, Pin’s, or other diorama to help us capture your vision on paper.
